Prior
to joining Bison Security group in 1999, Julie McLean held the position
of Assistant Development Officer for the Town of Crossfield for
eight years.
There,
her responsibilities included the development and enforcement of
land use policies, coordinating the seizure and interlocutory sale
of property for back taxes, and coordinating the operation of various
town facilities. Julie also sat on various governing Boards including
the Municipal Planning and Development Appeals Boards.
Julie’s
strong administration, managerial and Human Resource background
translated perfectly to her role as Manager, Pre-Employment Screening.
Julie has been involved in the development of EmployRite since its
inception. As well, in her current role, Julie oversees the administration
of EmployRite, client training and is involved in product marketing.
