Ray
R. Renaud
Director
BISON
SECURITY GROUP
Mr.
RENAUD began his career as a member of the RCMP in 1969, serving
in a general Investigation role. He was later assigned to a task
force investigating major crime in the Greater Vancouver area, and
shortly after returning to his regular duties, he was selected for
Polygraph Training in New York City, New York. He graduated from
the National Training School of Polygraph Sciences and, due to his
bilingual capabilities, was selected to fulfill the RCMP polygraph
requirement for much of Eastern Canada.
He
was later instrumental in the creation of the first Canadian Polygraph
Training School at the Canadian Police College in Ottawa, Ontario,
and was appointed its first Chief Instructor. Mr. RENAUD left the
RCMP in 1980 to develop the polygraph division at BSG Corporation
as well as becoming involved in the private security consulting
field since that time.
Mr.
RENAUD has spent the last several years as a Consultant to Local
and National retail/warehousing companies providing valuable assistance
in combating employee theft and internal losses. His approach is
to work within the existing framework of the organization and develop
a security program that works. Some considerations include employee
screening, security assessment, creating policy and procedures,
augmenting inventory control procedures, employer security awareness
programs, training as well as other issues relating to Loss Prevention
Management.
Currently,
Mr. RENAUD is responsible for marketing our Company’s various
services as well as the supervision of the Polygraph and Industrial
Security departments.
