Profile
The
Stanton® Profile identifies applicants who meet minimum employability
standards. It identifies individuals who are more productive, have
higher work ethic, and are less likely to violate company rules.
The Profile provides employers with a consistent standard of hiring;
especially important when several different interviewers are making
the hiring decision. It saves interviewer time by obtaining critical
information about applicants with minimal interviewer work.

Constructs
The Profile is a 160 item pre-employment questionnaire measuring
four constructs: Work Motivation, Adaptability, Service Orientation,
and Trustworthiness.
- Work
Motivation identifies applicants who are self-directed, persevering,
and industrious.
- Adaptability
identifies applicants who enjoy doing a variety of job tasks.
- Service
Orientation identifies people who are outgoing, socially skilled,
& function well in people oriented environment.
- Trustworthiness
identifies applicants who are self-disciplined, fair minded, conscientious,
and socially responsible.
- Two
test taking scales are also included in the Profile; Social Desirability
and Infrequency.
