Security Reviews
Our
security review consists of a complete physical and procedural security
evaluation of existing and proposed systems at the client’s
facilities. Examples of systems and issues to be addressed include:
- Card
access systems, locking devices and key control
- Intrusion
alarm systems
- Closed
circuit television systems (CCTV)
- Asset
identification and protection
- Storage
and handling of high value commodities
- Storage
of chemicals, dangerous goods, and other environmental concerns
- Perimeter
fences, gates and other exterior controls, and exterior lighting
- Parking
control and review of shipping and receiving areas
- Garbage
control and removal/destruction
- Communications,
computer and other high risk areas within the facility
- Emergency
procedures for bomb threats, extortion, executive protection kidnapping
and ransom, theft of intellectual property and proprietary information,
and other concerns
- Executive
safety and general personnel safety
- Security
guard force duties and responsibilities
- Policies
regarding pre-employment screening, terminations and exit interviews
- Policies
relating the reporting and investigation of incidents
- Security
of information, both onsite and offsite
- Security
awareness training for employees
- Security
awareness training for executives and their families
During
the review, Bison Security Group personnel will meet with individual
managers to ensure that recommendations are realistic, cost effective
and necessary and that proposed security initiatives will not hinder
operations.
